About Me

My name is Tyler J. Mulligan, I’m a 24 year old with a strong interest in computers, specifically web design, development, and programming in general. I enjoy increasing the efficiency of things. I’ve created this blog to share snippets of code, stories of my development life and bundles of related information with anyone who’s interested. I went to school at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston for Computer Networking and Information Systems, applying my teachings and experience in the field to manage a community called Nexuiz Ninjaz who strive to increase their efficiency in all things surrounding video game development and collaboration, specially for the open-source game which I also aid in development for Nexuiz, a game by Alientrap where I’m the lead web developer and interaction designer. I also write for ubuntumagazine.org.

I’m a Linux advocate and my favorite desktop distribution is Ubuntu and its many variations.
